All orders under $75 are charged $7.99 in the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii and non-contiguous states are charged true cost.

All orders to in the contiguous USA above $75 receive free standard shipping. We are no longer offering free shipping to Hawaii or Alaska.
If the Express shipping option is chosen, your treats will arrive within 2-4 business days of the date your order is placed.
Standard shipping takes anywhere from 5-8 business days.

We understand that the holiday season is a busy time, and you may want to order multiple items for your loved ones or yourself. To ensure that you receive your items in a timely manner, shipments may be split based on size of order. Products that are but not limited to, Nectar Life Advent Calendar, Specialty Gift Sets, etc.

When will my order ship?
Please note that our current fulfillment time frame is 5-8 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification containing your tracking number.
Can I edit my order?
Please note that we start processing orders the next day. With that being said, we can only edit orders the same day that they've been placed.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order has not been shipped yet, we would be happy to cancel your order
Why will my promo code not apply?
Our promo codes exclude all sale items. With that being said, our bundle deals like our, 3-packs, 4-packs, and gift sets, for example, can not be included in any promotion. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Also, our promo codes may only be used per customer and may not be combined with another offer. If none of the above conditions apply to you, please feel free to send a screenshot of your order in your response so that we can look into this matter further.
I placed an order in-store, where is my tracking number?
Our in-store shipments take roughly 7-10 business days to process and fulfill. I have followed up on your order on your behalf and our team is working diligently to ship your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation and tracking number via email.
I have a tracking number, but my order shows no movement. When will I get it?
To answer your question, carriers may take 24 - 48 hours to update your shipping information on their end. Due to the increased volume of E-commerce orders world wide, our shipping partners may experience significant delays while processing and delivering your order.
Will I receive my tracking number? How do I track my shipment?
Once we have your tracking number available for you, you will receive a shipment notification via email containing your tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 3-5 business days for your tracking number to become available after your date of purchase.
Can I change my payment method or billing address after the order is placed?
Unfortunately, once you have checked out, we're not able to change the payment method on the order or billing address.
Do you offer in-store pickup?
We do not offer in-store pick up at this time.
