We always want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you're unsatisfied for any reason, it's easy to return or exchange it. If you purchased your item(s) online, or at a store please follow the instructions below.
Return and Exchange Policy
  • Eligibility:
    Customers may return or exchange any item within 31 days of receiving their order. Items must be at least 75% intact and returned with original packaging and a copy of the packing slip or receipt. If a return does not meet these requirements, the customer must reach out to contact@nectarusa.com for return authorization.
  • Refund Processing:
    • Refunds for online orders will be processed within 3-5 business days once the return is received and approved.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Online Store Purchases
  • Steps for Online Returns and Exchanges:
    • Returned items must be 75% intact, in their original packaging, and include a copy of the packing slip or receipt.

In-Store Purchases
  • With Receipt (Card Transactions):
    • Returns or exchanges can be made within 31 days of purchase with a valid receipt. If a return is requested after 31 days, customers must reach out to Customer Care at contact@nectarusa.com.
  • Without Receipt:
    • Customers must contact Customer Care at contact@nectarusa.com to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Cash Transactions:
    • For safety reasons, returns for cash transactions are not refunded. Customers may only exchange items for equal or greater value (customer pays the difference).
Returns for Promotions & Bundles
For any promotional purchases or bundled sets, all items included in the promotion or bundle must be returned together to receive a full refund. Partial returns will not be eligible for a full refund.
Refunds and Exchanges for Gift Cards
  • Gift cards are non-refundable after purchase. If a customer wishes to return an item purchased with a gift card, the refund will be processed back onto the gift card.
Important Guidelines
  • Non-Refundable Shipping Costs:
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. Shipping charges are not refunded.
  • Online Store Credit:
    If a receipt is not provided or the return window has passed, customers are eligible for store credit only.
