Customers may return or exchange any item within 31 days of receiving their order. Items must be at least 75% intact and returned with original packaging and a copy of the packing slip or receipt. -

Refunds for online orders will be processed within 3-5 business days once the return is received and approved.

The customer must email Customer Care at contact@nectarusa.com to request a return or exchange authorization.

No Receipt/31 Days Passed:

If a customer cannot provide a receipt or if the return period has passed (beyond 31 days), they are only eligible for online store credit.

In-Store Purchases

With Receipt (Card Transactions):

Returns or exchanges can be made within 31 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

Cash Transactions:

For safety reasons, returns for cash transactions are not refunded. Customers may only exchange items for equal or greater value (customer pays the difference).
Refunds and Exchanges for Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable after purchase. If a customer wishes to return an item purchased with a gift card, the refund will be processed back onto the gift card.
Important Guidelines

Non-Refundable Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. Shipping charges are not refunded. -
Online Store Credit:
If a receipt is not provided or the return window has passed, customers are eligible for store credit only.
