"On June 22nd, I received a facial from Amber at Nektar, New York-New York. Amber was professional, sweet, and answered all my questions. The results amazed me, so I picked up some fabulous products: the LED Red Light Therapy Wand, shower mousse, body scrub, body butter, eye cream, and a peptide face cream. Everyone there was wonderful! Vivian gave me the cutest dog-shaped soap, and I appreciated Ann and Franco’s warmth. The whole vibe was top-notch. Highly recommend"

"I absolutely LOVE this body polish and other items out of rmy 5 orders BUT I didn’t love the rancid plant smell in the blueberry waffle bath bomb nor the custom scent sprays. Smells awful. I suspect SLSA that went bad or turned when exposed to heat in shipping (yet everything didn’t turn. . ) I’ve sent several emails to customer service, even copying and pasting my original two unanswered emails into an email response I did get about a month ago regarding accidentally creating two accounts and needing to combine them. The person was very sweet and helpful. This time, I’ve been put on full ignore. No idea why but I look at it like this, I found NL because I was looking for something other than LUSH. Evidently there’s a whole world of Indi bath/skin care so I’m sure some of the other companies I’ve found since y’all have been unresponsive would be happy to sell to me. I guess I’ll check all of them out and find a new source for skin safe fruity smelling bath and body products. Dang, I sure did love the peach sangria body polish and all the bath soaks…."
