"So I ordered a set I wasn’t too pleased with and Nectar Life so kindly gave me another chance to try something new and I did. I did a customizable French vanilla with vanilla sugar and it’s amazing, it smells exactly how you would imagine, it’s very soft which I loved. I was scared it was going to be a little overpowering but it wasn’t I can’t wait to try the other customizable scents!! Thank you Nectar Life you are truly amazing!!"

"Out of my 5 orders (all placed at the end of June/beginning of July) there were products such as the peach sangria body polish, strawberry whipped soap , and mango coconut bath soak that I ADORE but I didn’t love the rancid plant smell in this custom scent lotion, nor the blueberry waffle bath bomb, nor the custom scent sprays. Smells awful. The lotion doesn’t smell as bad of the plant smell when you open the jar but a few minutes after applying, it’s all you smell. The body sprays are so bad that you smell that rancid acid tone immediately. I had to shower off to rid my body of that smell. I suspect SLSA that went bad or turned when exposed to heat in shipping (yet everything didn’t turn. . ) I’ve sent several emails to customer service, even copying and pasting my original two unanswered emails into an email response I did get about a month ago regarding accidentally creating two accounts and needing to combine them. The person was very sweet and helpful. This time, I’ve been put on full ignore. No idea why but I look at it like this, I found NL because I was looking for something other than LUSH. Evidently there’s a whole world of Indi bath/skin care so I’m sure some of the other companies I’ve found since y’all have been unresponsive would be happy to sell to me. I guess I’ll check all of them out and find a new source for skin safe fruity smelling bath and body products. Dang, I sure did love the peach sangria body polish and all the bath soaks…."
